Native Workforce was the KVAR training vendor to Native Workplace's Green Trades Training Program. Through Tribal
support and a contract with the Department of Interior, fourteen tribal members have been trained and are now Factory
Certified KVAR Master Trainers and Factory Certified KVAR Master Installers. Trainees represent Tribes nationwide. About
half of the group are also veterans, three are IBEW members. Several have developed their own KVAR businesses or
have added KVAR into their existing business services.

Washington, Northern and Southern California, Colorado, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nevada, New York , Texas and South
