Native Workforce is recruiting members of the community that want to work with our
organization. We work primarily, but not exclusively, on Native American, Hispanic and
Veteran projects. However, since our projects include partnerships with the states and
unions in some cases, you can see that we also have a broader scope. Our effort is to create
sustainable green jobs, while achieving energy efficiency cost savings and carbon footprint
reduction.
We have created a variety of opportunities:
Sale Representative: You may come on board without being an electrician or HVAC expert
and work in the NWF sales force. This is an independent contractor position and does not
require the purchase of a KVAR distributorship. You will work under our distributorship and
be paid a commission on sales.
Distributor:
If you want to develop your own KVAR business, you may purchase a distributorship through
Native Workforce. Working with us, we will direct projects that we are developing to your
business and support your growth.
You may be a person choosing to run a business that hires installers (or contracts with our
trained KVAR KREW members to make the installs). You may be an electrician, HVAC or real
estate developer that wants to add KVAR to your existing business offerings.
Either way, there are several options for you to enter into projects with Native Workforce.
